Order Processing Time:
All new orders typically take between 12 to 17 business days to complete.

Delivery Information:
Our trusted national courier partners deliver to any street address within South Africa. Please note: They cannot deliver to a South African Post Office (SAPO) post box, but they can deliver to a PostNet box. If you prefer delivery to a PostNet location, please inform PostNet in advance so they are ready to receive your parcel.

Tracking Your Order:
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our local office in Gauteng. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide tracking details before this point due to technical limitations. If you’d like an estimated timeline, feel free to send us an email!

Can I Collect My Order for Faster Delivery?
You are welcome to collect your order, but please note that it will still take at least 11 business days for us to receive the shipment from our international warehouses. This means that collection does not significantly speed up the delivery time.

Delivery and Final Tracking:
Once your items are ready and secured, they will be sent via our national couriers. You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, so please ensure your contact information is accurate. Once you have the tracking info, you can expect your parcel to arrive within 1 to 3 business days.

We work with the following reliable national courier services: The Courier Guy, Internet Express, MDS Collivery, CourierIT, Fastway, and Dawn Wing.

Refund Policy:
Please refer to our refund policy if your order takes longer than the specified period. Orders are eligible for a refund only if they have not been delivered within 30 days.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are valid within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@boholuxe.co.za with your order details and reason for return.

Refunds: Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:

1. Non-delivery of the product within 30 calendar days.
2. Factory faults (evidence required through photos).
3. Physical damage to the product upon delivery.
4. Incorrect product delivered.

Exchanges for Sizing Issues:

• For sizing issues, we offer an exchange process.
• The return fee is R129, which covers the courier collection cost.
• This R129 fee will be deducted from the store credit of the item's value.
• Store credit will be issued to allow you to reorder the correct size or choose a different item.

Important Notes:

• Boho Luxe does not accept returns due to a change of heart.
• Please order only one size per item. Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning those that don’t fit is not allowed.
